Went ring hunting several months ago my self and came across Jacque Fine Jewellery amongst many others. Went through many many reviews and was slightly sceptical at first given there were only good reviews. However, from the moment I walked in, Amal and the team showed why they were rated so highly. Amal was very experienced and was able to give me very useful advise. Didn't feel pressured for even a moment. Amal gave me some recommendations in terms of diamonds and types of bands that were within my budget. Ofcourse I did my due diligence and went to several other top rated Jewellers in Sydney and spoke to some in hong kong ( given alot of the diamonds are from there). I still ended up going with Jacque Fine Jewellery because they were able to give me a great price and I appreciated their kindness and they professionalism at every step of the way. I was able to personalise the diamond ring specifically to what I felt my fiancee would like. Simple, elegant and beautiful. They did just that. The whole process was so seamless. Jacque Fine Jewellery is a jeweller that I keep coming back to and one that I recommend. The staff are very helpful and also professional. I have now received 2 custom rings from here and love both rings. They also always clean rings on every visit which is a lovely touch.
